AUTOMATIC CUTTERS - STANDARD HIGH SPEED CUTTER

Product Features:

• 780mm ( 31” ) cutting width. Blades made with the finest grade cutting steel (for long life)
• Operating speed is dependent on sheet size, based on a A4 (Letter) sized sheet the machine will cut a maximum of 6000 sheets per hour.
• High speed blade with damping for a quieter operation. Adjustable blade pressure to cut the thickest films.
• Computer controlled precision motor for reliable positioning of cuts, accuracy +/- 0.1mm (0.004”).
• Adjustable drive roller pressure.
• Web bail arm is used to control the cutter speed . The cutter will automatically stop when the film stops.
• 1 x adjustable air blast for clearing the waste cuttings.
• Adjustable side guides to help line up the product in the cutter.
• Exit conveyor. Castor wheels and brakes to easily move and align the cutter.
