Padding Brush

The 2" padding brush is one of the small but essential tools used in the padding process. It features an easy-grip wooden handle and bristles which hold enough padding compound for several strokes. Using a brush rather than a spray applicator is recommended when padding - a little bit of pressure is needed to move the adhesive into the pad and a spray applicator does not provide this pressure. As well, a brush is neater and ensures total coverage. It is very important to wash the brush thoroughly after each use to save the bristles from becoming hardened by the glue.
