The job of padding is reduced to a simple three-step process with the first step being to load the Paddy Wagon. When loading the sheets, the task is streamlined by a 30 degree angled loading position which aligns the paper stack against lockable doors, eliminating the need for jogging. Sheets are then secured into place with the clamping bar by placing the bar over the paper, sliding the quick release, self-locking clamps down and tightening them into position. With the stock clamped, the table adjusted back to upright position, and the doors unlocked and swung away, the exposed paper is ready for padding compound to be applied. Designed to eliminate the mess associated with pad production, the Paddy Wagon has integrated shelves to store padding equipment as well as they double as a spill apron to catch excess padding compound. The table edge and clamping bar are designed to reduce compound build-up - excess compound can be easily removed with a padding knife. With its durable welded tubular steel construction and heavy-duty castors, the Paddy Wagon is fully portable and effortlessly fits through doorways, making it simple to wheel the unit to the cutter, folder, or wherever the action is.
