EQUIPMENT SERVICE AND REPAIR

In addition to servicing the equipment we supply, our technicians routinely repair other manufacturers’ products.

In the event that you have a breakdown, one email or call to our service hotline will have the required parts or one of our technicians on their way.
Superior client service is the core of our business and the basis of our reputation.

We also purchase, recondition, and prepare for resale used and trade-in equipment.

By checking this box, I understand and agree that all service work performed by GVDirect Inc. that is not covered under warranty (malfunction due to operator error) will be billed at a rate of $120.00 per hour (1 hour minimum - per visit / additional hours to be billed in increments of 15 minute units), plus mileage at $0.95 per kilometer (to and from the 1261 Balmoral Rd, Cambridge, ON N1T 1C4)** plus parts if required. Any paid parking required for the service of equipment will be added to customer invoice.
