Retirement!

After 10.5 years!

It is with personal regret but warm wishes that I announce the retirement of Anne Dales, effective December 31, 2015. Anne's leaving marks the end of an era for Grand Valley-Direct. Her dedication to all her customers and caring attitude on the phone always left good impressions.
