Stitchmaster

The StitchMaster is a cost effective table-top stitcher ideally suited for lower volume print shops or smaller reprographic businesses. As one of the industry's leading portable stitchers, this reliable unit is fast, quiet and easy to use. A simple one-knob adjustment regulates stitch length for different work thicknesses; single or continuous stitch modes can be set with the touch of a button. Operation is controlled by inserting sheets to activate the bump switch, the operator can use the foot switch if preferred. Designed for manageable operation, this versatile unit can handle any thickness from two sheets up to 1/4" thick. A 16" wide heavy-duty work table, which includes side stops, adjusts easily between saddle and flat stitching with the adjustable side stops guaranteeing a consistent stitch position on every book. The throat depth measures up to 5" for flat or 9" for saddle and a moveable clincher ensures flat stitching without the need for adjustments. The StitchMaster, designed to be clamped onto any work table or counter, has an optional heavy-duty, adjustable height floor stand available. Additionally, the design of this machine allows two units to be mounted side-by-side, successfully creating a dual-head stitcher for much less than the cost of a traditional multi-head stitcher.
